These funds will assist in programming costs of daycare, preschool and afterschool care for children and families on Bowen Island. Including equipment upgrades. Funds may also be allocated to assist cover the costs of families that would not normally be able to afford to have their children participate in these educational programs. These children may have special needs and/or be at risk of falling behind in learning development. Note: Timberkids funded this charity for the past 2 years.
